Rep. Ealy works for Grandview in busy legislative week

Ealy adds $300,000 to budget for Grandview Main Street project

As a member of the House Budget Committee, Missouri State Representative Anthony Ealy appropriated $300,000 in state funds for Grandview’s historic downtown beautification and revitalization project. These state funds will go towards expanding space on Main Street in Grandview to attract more businesses and improve walkability in the area.

However, these funds still need to be finalized throughout the budget process. The House will debate the budget bills next week, which will then need to be approved by the Senate and the governor. (So please reach out to your state officials to encourage them to support this project!)

Rep. Ealy has pledged to protect these funds for the community of Grandview and will work diligently to make sure they reach the governor’s desk.
